Application Settings

If you are applying at home, we recommend using a professional clam shell heat press, and using the below settings:

Temperature: 150 Degrees C

Time: 15 Seconds

Firmness: Medium-Firm (Press should require a decent amount of strength to open and close)

Peel: Items can be peeled when cold, we suggest allowing them to fully cool down as hot characters can stick together.

Care Guide

We recommend that post application, you do not wash your garment for 48 hours.

It is also advisable to wash items inside out and not to use fabric conditioner.

Where do i send my shirt to?

Once you have placed your order you will receive the address to send your shirt to in the order confirmation email.

Make sure to include your name or order number with the shirt, and check out our postage guide.

How is postage paid?

You must choose and pay for an appropriate postage provider to send your shirt to us.

The return postage is chosen and paid for at the checkout.

How should i post items to you?

We recommend sending your shirt(s) to us via a recorded and fully compensated service. We can not be held responsible for any damage or loss prior to the shirt arriving to us.
